	The Willow Glen Libertarian Alliance is a California "Recipient Committee" (PAC), number 1288888, formally registered with the California Fair Political Practices Commission.  As such, we are required to report our finances each half year; these reports are a matter of public record.  Consistent with that, we capture certain details for all contributors, but report those details only if the person's total contribution for the year exceeds $100.  Funds received go toward our operating budget of about $60 a month, which covers the cost of this website, postage, and occasional awards and support to candidates.  We are also paying off a loan that helped us get started.
	As of September 8, 2008, we have ended our relationship with Paypal, which we previously used to receive donations. After using them for more than a year, and then becoming more visible in local politics, we were suddenly asked by them to provide detailed verification of our financial arrangements, which had not been needed before.  We declined, and requested that our account with them be closed.
